Mission Statement
Our mission at World Aerospace is managing opportunities in commercial aviation and defense industries while facilitating sub-contracting opportunities with small and minority-owned companies. World Aerospace operations will be divided into two primary segments: commercial and defense aviation. WA will also work to facilitate business ventures to minority, LGBTQ+ and women-owned businesses through contracts and partnerships with those businesses as appropriate and available.
Qualifications
World Aerospace is a minority-owned repair and replacement facilitator that has been in business since 2020.
Led by Brian Hanrahan, this business has grown into a multi-million-dollar operation in less than three years, serving several
domestic and international airlines.
Brian Hanrahan our founder, brings over 25 years of experience in the field managing a team of 15+ direct reports
responsible for operations for a $20m+ repair business before starting World Aerospace. He has established
relationships with a number of large commercial airlines including Viva Airbus, Voloris, Kelowna, and programs with AAR.
He carries a defense license in Libya and, as part of the Afghanistan program, delivered products to C130s.
He is also a KC10 small business provider. His family is a founder of ASA100 Certification.

BRIAN HANRAHAN
Brian Hanrahan is the founder and CEO of World Aerospace, LLC, a leading airline repair and replacement company. But his true passion is bringing people together and elevating minorities in the aerospace industry. He uses his 30+ years of experience to mentor, hire, and promote diverse individuals. He closes the gap between existing resource needs and emerging requirements for a diverse workforce. Currently, only 1.7% of the workforce in the aviation industry are minorities and Brian’s goal is to significantly increase that by bringing qualified talent to the table.
As founder and CEO of World Aerospace, Brian has overseen exponential growth of the business from a startup during a worldwide pandemic, when many airlines were ravaged by economic uncertainty. He has managed the business through significant growth cycles, including year-on-year revenue growth of over 100%. Worldwide growth was based on both new clients and growing the number of products serviced in several countries. All while maintaining an extraordinary level of customer satisfaction.
With his industry insights and intelligence, Brian has overseen supply chain management over specific high-need products and materials. This proactive management has ensured availability of key parts for his customers.
Previous to founding World Aerospace, Brian was President of Flight Director, leading a $20 million parts repair and replacement operation. His key responsibilities included managing C Checks, an FAA-certified repair shop, and project management before becoming President of the corporation in 2016. As an FAA repair shop, Flight Director Repairs served as the OEM for Northrup in North America.
Brian is a graduate of Texas State University and lives with his family in Cedar Park, TX. He is active in numerous charitable organizations, including being an advocate for children in the foster care system with CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates.
